Worum es geht

No chemistry involved — the powder simply has more surface area than the leather and pulls fresh oil into itself over several hours. Because it is purely physical, it is the only spot treatment in this range that is safe on every leather type including suede and aniline. It also only works while the oil is still fresh.

Anwendung Schritt für Schritt

1Act within hours. Once the oil has spread through the fibre, powder cannot reach it.
2Blot — do not wipe — any surface oil first.
3Cover the spot generously, 2–3 mm deep.
4Leave 8–12 hours. Overnight is ideal.
5Brush off gently. Repeat with fresh powder if the spot has faded but not gone.

Was es nicht leistet

Draws out fresh, surface-level oil. Old oil marks that have already darkened the fibre will not lift. Two or three applications are normal; the mark usually becomes fainter rather than disappearing.
